Welcome to The Peachy Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By visiting our site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Overview of Services

The Peachy Studio provides custom photo curation, album design, and professionally printed keepsake products. All offerings are made-to-order, created using client-submitted images, and designed as heirloom-quality keepsakes.

Because our work is personalized and custom, all sales are final once production has begun.

Orders & Custom Work

When you place an order, you are requesting a custom service. Orders are considered accepted once payment is received and your project is scheduled.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting. Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations or changes may not be possible once design work has begun.

Photo Submission & Client Responsibility

By submitting photos to The Peachy Studio, you confirm that:

You own the images or have permission to use them
The images do not infringe on any third-party rights
The content complies with all applicable laws

The Peachy Studio is not responsible for copyright or intellectual property violations related to submitted content.

Image Curation & Design Process

Each package includes curation of a defined number of photos, as outlined on our Packages page. You do not need to sort, rename, or organize your images prior to uploading.

Our design process focuses on:

Intentional storytelling
Clean, timeless layouts
A calm and balanced final album

We reserve creative discretion in image selection and layout to ensure the quality and integrity of the finished book.

Proofing, Revisions & Final Approval

You will receive a digital proof of your album prior to printing.

Each album includes a limited number of revision rounds, as stated in your selected package.
Revisions are intended for small refinements (image swaps, minor layout adjustments).
Full redesigns or major structural changes are not included.

Once you approve the final proof, the album moves into production. No changes or refunds are available after approval.

Printing & Delivery

After final approval, your album is professionally printed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. The Peachy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the album is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All Peachy Studio products are custom-made and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once design or production has begun.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details regarding damages or errors.

Reprints & Additional Copies

We retain a copy of your final album design in our archives. You may request reprints or additional copies at any time, subject to current pricing and availability.

Privacy & Image Security

Your photos are treated with care and respect.

Images are used solely for the completion of your project
Files are deleted after completion unless you request archival storage
Final design files are retained only to support future reprints

We never sell, share, or reuse your images.

Intellectual Property

All album designs, layouts, and creative materials produced by The Peachy Studio remain our intellectual property.

Clients may use their finished albums and digital copies for personal use only. Commercial reproduction or resale is not permitted without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Peachy Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
