Processing & Production Time
Once your final proof is approved, your Memory Book is sent to print.
Please allow production time for professional printing and binding before your order ships. Production timelines may vary based on season and order volume. You’ll receive an estimated timeframe when your order is placed.

After production is complete, your Memory Book will ship via a trusted carrier.
Shipping times vary by location and carrier and are calculated at checkout when applicable. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a delay arises, we’ll communicate with you as clearly as possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your Memory Book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
