Do I need to organize or sort my photos before uploading?
No. Not at all.
You can upload photos exactly as they are — no folders, renaming, or sorting required. I’ll curate the strongest moments and organize them into a cohesive, meaningful story for you.
How do I upload my photos?
After booking, you’ll receive a private upload link that works directly from your phone or computer.
You can upload all at once or in batches — whatever feels easiest.
How many photos should I upload?
Each package has a set upload limit to keep your book intentional and uncluttered:
- Starter Memory Book: up to 500 photos
- Standard Memory Book: up to 1,500 photos
You don’t need to hit the limit — quality matters more than quantity.
How many Images should I include in my album?
Weddings or special events: You need plenty of room to tell the story of the day, so special events generally require a bigger album and more pages. In a 10x10 album allow up to 4 images per layout (2 images per page).
Portraits, families, boudoir etc: These albums are generally less about storytelling and more about picking favorites from your photos. We recommend no more than 4-5 images per page (on average) to give the images space to breathe.

What if I upload “too many” similar photos?
That’s completely okay.
Part of the service is thoughtful curation. I’ll choose the best versions and remove duplicates or near-duplicates so your book feels calm and balanced.
What time period does the book cover?
That’s up to you.
Some families choose:
- A single year
- A season of life
- Early childhood
- A meaningful chapter or milestone
You don’t need to define this perfectly — I’ll help shape the story through curation.
Can I request specific photos or moments to include?
Yes.
If there are a few must-include moments or people, you’re welcome to note that during upload or review. The rest will be thoughtfully selected for you.
Will I get to review the book before it’s printed?
Yes.
You’ll receive a digital proof to review before printing. This is your opportunity to make small refinements, swaps, or adjustments so everything feels right.

They are not intended for full redesigns or rebuilding the book from scratch.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary by package and season, but most books are completed within several weeks after photo upload.
You’ll receive clear timing expectations when you book.
Is this service right for me if I’m “behind” on photos?
Especially if you’re behind.
This service exists for families who want something finished — not another project on their to-do list.
You don’t need to catch up.
You just need to start.
Are my photos private and secure?
Yes. Always.
Your photos are:
- Never shared
- Never reused
- Never stored long-term
All files are deleted after your project is complete unless you request backup storage.

What if I want to order more copies of my album later?
Yes.
We securely archive the final design of your Memory Book, so additional copies or reprints can be ordered at any time. This makes it easy to add extra books for grandparents, gifts, or future keepsakes — without starting over.
