Because each Memory Book is custom-made specifically for your family, all sales are final.
Once your photos are curated and your book is designed, the work cannot be reused or resold. For this reason, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered.
That said, your satisfaction is important.
Before printing, you’ll receive a digital proof to review and request light refinements so everything feels right. This step ensures your Memory Book is accurate and thoughtfully finished before it goes to print.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Proof Review
Before printing, you’ll receive a digital proof of your Memory Book.
This review step allows for light refinements, photo swaps, or small adjustments so everything feels accurate and complete prior to production. Once a proof is approved, the book is sent to print.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your Memory Book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Damage caused during shipping or confirmed printing defects will always be resolved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Because these items are personalized and created specifically for each client, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for custom Memory Books.
If a printing defect or damage issue is confirmed, a replacement copy of the same book will be provided rather than an exchange for a different product or design.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided once work has begun on a custom Memory Book.
If a project is canceled before photo curation and design work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Eligibility for a partial refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, less any work already completed.

Because each Memory Book is a custom, done-for-you service, cancellations are handled based on where your project is in the process.
Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel before photo curation and design work have started, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, a partial refund may be issued, less any non-refundable fees or work already completed.
After Work Has Begun
Once photo curation or design work has started, orders cannot be canceled.
At this stage, time and creative work have already been dedicated to your project, and the service cannot be undone or resold.
After Proof Approval
Once your final proof has been approved and the book has been sent to print, cancellations are no longer possible.
Pausing a Project
If life gets busy, we’re happy to pause your project for a limited time. Simply reach out to discuss options and timelines.
